- 방법: 우편 접수 시 외국인등록증 제시

- 혜택: 국제특급 (EMS,  EMS 프리미엄 ) 접수 시 요금 10% 할인, 우체국 앱 또는 인터넷우체국 사전 접수 시 추가 3% 할인 ( *단, EMS 프리미엄 제외)
